Our 7 year old Whirlpool fridge would not defrost anymore and was icing up on a regular basis. I had a pleasant conversation with the agent that answered my call for service and was provided an appointment time the next day between 11 and 1. Oleg arrived at 10:30(early is much better then late!). He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what he suspected the issue to be, how he would test the items first to confirm what needed replacing(defrost timer,defrost heater assembly) and clearly advised me of what the cost would be. He had the parts needed with him and with my go ahead was able to repair our fridge within the hour explaining to me what he was doing and showing me what he was doing all along which I appreciated.. As it turned out it needed a new control board which was the most expensive part, but his price was more then reasonable and lower then what we were expecting! Our fridge is now working A1 again for which we are thankful. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends or family and would also reach out to them if we ever have any issues in the future. Thank you Oleg...you were great!

Were having a problem with the fridge cooling and the technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Good cleanup afterwards and explained things as he went along. Would use again and highly recommend for others.

My fridge wasn’t working properly he came in and not only did he fix the problem but also explained why and what happened and gave us pointers about maintaining it to insure we get the most use of out it. Serge was very courteous, prompt, obliging and good-humoured. His apprentice was pleasant and courteous. The repair required a return visit with the required part and to perform diagnostic tests. All of his was done promptly.

I submitted an online request late at night. First thing the next morning the office called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Technician arrived on time and did not waste any time diagnosing the issue. Fridge was making a really loud noise coming from inside the doors. I thought it was a fan getting stuck. The technician quickly diagnosed the matter as a worn out damper, he also showed me the worn out part. The part was not a regular stock item so he would have to come back. Within one day the part was in and the office called to schedule the fix. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were really impressed! Thanks again!

The repair technician, Dima, was very nice and professional. I was also very appreciative that he explained each step as he repaired my fridge. My fridge is now working and I am very happy.

Refrigerator broke over the weekend and we called over the weekend. The repair man came on Monday, figured out the issue and ordered parts which came 2 days later. By Friday the fridge was fixed and working well so far. The repairman was efficient and polite. Would recommend.

Technician arrived on time, wearing a golf shirt with the company's logo on it...very professional. He was careful no making a mess, explained the problem in layman's language, polite and came with the necessary parts. Totally 200% satisfied.

Arrived on time, after looking initially at the refrigerator advised me what the problem might be and the cost range of repairing, did I want to proceed. He had any needed parts with him. I did and the work was performed quickly and within the cost ranges initially provided. Left the area clean, as he found it. Very positive experience I would recommend.

My refrigerator stopped working so I contacted Spark Service on line. They phoned back within 1/2 hour to discuss the problem, the repair man came the next day to check out the problem and had it fixed the next day. I found the process very easy and everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Spark Service to friends and of course I would use them again. Although I hope I don't have to!

Service was scheduled promptly and service man arrived within time frame. He diagnosed problem quickly and replaced damaged thermostat and returned the fridge to working order. He also indicated that the mother board had no visible damage but could need replacement if the temperature fails to remain stable. But there was no need to replace it now. He could have recommended immediate replacement and I would not have been the wiser. I appreciated his honesty. I had previously had my Miele dishwasher repaired by Spark Service PRO and that's why I opted to use their service again. The professionalism and honesty of the most recent service man confirms I will use this service again for the next repair.

Dima was very courteous helpful and friendly from the start. He identified and showed me the area of concern and even tested in front of me to show me the issue. The works was done quickly and no mess was left. There were able to take multiple payments and it was quick and easy. I would recommend this company to others.

We had a visit on Feb 13th, repair tech Vlad came for my Samsung refrigerator repair. He did his job in a timely manner, professionally and we consider that quality on has been done. We appreciate him explaining what happened and what steps he will take for the resolution. I highly recommend, and give a 5 star rating to Spark Service PRO. My call was answered promptly by friendly and knowledgable staff who were able to book me a technician for the next morning. My technician was Dima. He very courteous and called to let me know he was on his way. My 10 year old fridge was not an easy task, the fridge was not cooling, and the freezer was icing up. Dima was quickly able to diagnose the problem, and give me a quote. He had the part on his truck, and installed a new computer board, de-iced the freezer coils, and put everything back together quickly and neatly. He was very kind and even helped me load the drawers back into the freezer. Many thanks Dima for taking the stress out of my day!

Erik came the same day to try to fix our LG refrigerator, which was experiencing unusual cooling cycles. We were expecting a negative outcome and were prepared to replace the entire fridge due to its age. However, Erik arrived with the great news that Spark Service PRO is an authorized appliance repair company and that the issue was common. He even had all the necessary parts with him! He quickly and efficiently completed the job, provided a warranty period, and the fridge has been cooling perfectly ever since! Thanks, Spark Service PRO, and thanks, Erik!

Dima did a great job diagnosing the fridge - he took his time and explained everything to me. No pressure to buy his recommended service - I had 30 days to think about it and the service call charge would be credited towards the recommended replacement part and labour. A day later I decided to go ahead with the recommended service and they were able to come back same week! I forgot to ask about the service call being credited and went to call them - but they are so professional and on top of everything, it was credited towards the replacement part without me having to specifically ask. Overall very professional company, I will use them again.

Dima came in right when they were scheduled. He was very polite and freindly. He explained the problem (needed a new part) and was able to provide a quote quickly. They knew the make and model so they had the part I'm the truck and replaced it right on the spot. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them for any other appliance needs in the future.
