Eric is a Godsend! Our Spark Service PRO technician, Eric, is a godsend and a man of his word. I am so impressed with his integrity, exceptional service, and technical skills with resolving my year long issue with our Bertazzoni range. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my Bertazzoni oven for over a year. The previous appliance repair company that we dealt with made many errors in dismantling and assembling the stove back together. During the initial assessment, they misdiagnosed the issue with the stove and ordered incorrect parts. The subsequent visits from the repair company turned into a nightmare with subsequent technicians continually misdiagnosing the issue with the stove, ordering incorrect parts that took 6-8 weeks to arrive each time. After months of going back and forth, and spending money on incorrectly ordered parts and installation that doesn’t seem to actually fix the oven, I finally came to my senses and decided to look for another appliance repair company. I was skeptical at first since I came across Spark Service PRO on a Google search without any referrals from anyone I knew. The reviews seemed good and they were highly rated on Home Stars. Best decision I ever made. The appointment booking agents were friendly, prompt, and extremely professional. Then, finally came our technician, Eric. Eric is friendly, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled at handling our Bertazzoni oven. Upon completing the initial diagnostic visit, he determined the exact issue and pinpointed the parts that needed to be ordered. He even determined the errors made by the previous technicians and reinstalled our unit correctly. He came on a Saturday but made every attempt to call various locations of part dealers to ensure the parts will arrive as promptly as possible at the most cost efficient price for us. After the initial diagnostic visit, he continually communicated with me directly, through phone call and text, to update me on the status of the part order. When the parts arrived and it was time for installation, he made sure to contact me ahead of time during my 3 hour installation window to give me a more accurate 30-60 minute window of when I can expect him to arrive. He is extremely prompt and kept to his word each time. Our year long issue with our Bertazzoni oven was resolved by Spark Service PRO, specifically by their amazing technician, Eric, within a few weeks!! We cannot thank you enough, Eric, for such a positive and seamless experience. I will be sure to recommend you and Spark Service PRO to everyone we know. Our 7 year old Whirlpool fridge would not defrost anymore and was icing up on a regular basis. I had a pleasant conversation with the agent that answered my call for service and was provided an appointment time the next day between 11 and 1. Oleg arrived at 10:30(early is much better then late!). He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what he suspected the issue to be, how he would test the items first to confirm what needed replacing(defrost timer,defrost heater assembly) and clearly advised me of what the cost would be. He had the parts needed with him and with my go ahead was able to repair our fridge within the hour explaining to me what he was doing and showing me what he was doing all along which I appreciated.. As it turned out it needed a new control board which was the most expensive part, but his price was more then reasonable and lower then what we were expecting! Our fridge is now working A1 again for which we are thankful. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends or family and would also reach out to them if we ever have any issues in the future. Thank you Oleg...you were great!

Were having a problem with the fridge cooling and the technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Good cleanup afterwards and explained things as he went along. Would use again and highly recommend for others.

I found Spark Service PRO on line and read the reviews, which were all good! Sent a message online and received a reply right away! Set up appointment and technician arrived on time as scheduled! Repairs assessed, quotes provided and parts ordered! I had printed off a coupon for on line appointments and the a coupon was applied to each job! Parts arrived earlier than expected, so repairs completed 2 weeks earlier! Sasha provided excellent service! He takes great pride in his work and is very conscientious and exact! He was also very respectful of my home! I gave already recommended Spark Service PRO to homeowners in my complex and friends!

Repair of water dispenser on fridge. Original part had worn out. Diagnosis was fast and accurate and the repair was carried out quickly.

Very happy with the service! Was punctual and very profession. Very knowledgable in his field. My fridge wasn’t working properly he came in and not only did he fix the problem but also explained why and what happened and gave us pointers about maintaining it to insure we get the most use of out it. Serge was very courteous, prompt, obliging and good-humoured. His apprentice was pleasant and courteous. The repair required a return visit with the required part and to perform diagnostic tests. All of his was done promptly.

After turning on my self clean oven it caught on fire and stopped working. I was sure that we would have to incur the cost of a new appliance but took the risk of calling for service first. Turns out this was a great decision. Oleg came promptly the day after my call, diagnosed the problem quickly and returned to complete the repair in just a few days. And the cost was more than reasonable! Will use this company for all my appliance problems in the future!

Dima came to our house within 24 hours of our call to inspect our stove which was not working. He diagnosed the entire appliance, testing new parts and then advised the unit was not the issue, but likely power surges within our home. He spent two hours diligently working through the matter explaining things and trying to find the problem. Despite this, he only charged us for the service call. I would recommend Dima and use him again

I submitted an online request late at night. First thing the next morning the office called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Technician arrived on time and did not waste any time diagnosing the issue. Fridge was making a really loud noise coming from inside the doors. I thought it was a fan getting stuck. The technician quickly diagnosed the matter as a worn out damper, he also showed me the worn out part. The part was not a regular stock item so he would have to come back. Within one day the part was in and the office called to schedule the fix. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were really impressed! Thanks again!

Refrigerator broke over the weekend and we called over the weekend. The repair man came on Monday, figured out the issue and ordered parts which came 2 days later. By Friday the fridge was fixed and working well so far. The repairman was efficient and polite. Would recommend.

Arrived on time, after looking initially at the refrigerator advised me what the problem might be and the cost range of repairing, did I want to proceed. He had any needed parts with him. My refrigerator stopped working so I contacted Spark Service on line. They phoned back within 1/2 hour to discuss the problem, the repair man came the next day to check out the problem and had it fixed the next day. I found the process very easy and everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Spark Service to friends and of course I would use them again. Although I hope I don't have to!

Service was scheduled promptly and service man arrived within time frame. He diagnosed problem quickly and replaced damaged thermostat and returned the fridge to working order. He also indicated that the mother board had no visible damage but could need replacement if the temperature fails to remain stable. But there was no need to replace it now. He could have recommended immediate replacement and I would not have been the wiser. I appreciated his honesty. I had previously had my Miele dishwasher repaired by Spark Service PRO and that's why I opted to use their service again. The professionalism and honesty of the most recent service man confirms I will use this service again for the next repair.

The service provider Ilya was polite and courteous. He listened carefully to my description of the issue and quickly identified the problem on my Bosch gas oven . Once the initial concern was dealt with and the burner worked when tested, he waited and tried again. When it didn't work perfectly on subsequent attempts he took it apart again and wiped down the area of concern. He proceeded to test the burner several more times, while educating us on the sparking mechanism to ensure that it continued to function as it should. An all around positive experience!
