Sasha came to diagnose and repair my LG dishwasher in Newmarket. He was knowledgeable, honest, and quick, and I was very happy with his service. Booking the appointment was easy, and the ladies I spoke with over the phone were professional and efficient. I have all LG appliances, and it can be difficult to find a reliable LG appliance repair company. I will definitely use Spark Service PRO again!

Replace water system hose w solenoid, diagnosed problem, recommended fix and part ,called Miele together for the part, showed up on time called half hour before as promised did excellent job!

Seal on washer ripped and so was leaking. Called a few companies and these guys were the quickest to respond. Other companies were saying 3 to 4 days and these guys had it complete the next day. Great service!

Cristina was very prompt in reaching out to my request and accommodated a service date to fit my tight schedule. The next day, Nick the technician came around and was very thorough at inspecting my dishwasher for any possible faults with sporadic leaking. He provided some helpful information to try resolve this as the dishwasher (naturally) did not play up when he was there!

Dima came in to repair the dishwasher, and he was very professional and organized. He found the source of the problem right away. What I found very helpful is that as he explained the issue, he also showed the video he took on his phone of the problem. After he did the repair he showed us the video of the dishwasher working properly after it was fixed. He had to replace the water proof system, because the dishwasher was leaking and wouldn't wash the dishes- it would only make a gurgling sound. He was very nice, as he cleaned the filter for free and reassured me everything was fixed before he left by showing the results and running the dishwasher himself. His service was also quick, as he was experienced. I would highly recommend him and the company to others.

Courteous service from beginning to end. Appreciated the reminder and confirmation call a day prior to the scheduled service day and the technician's call indicating that they were on their way. The service was performed during the 2-hour block as promised. The technician, Denys, provided exemplary service - polite, efficient and went above to ensure that the dishwasher was performing perfectly when another issue appeared during the repair. Denys came prepared with both parts that needed to be replaced so we did not have to wait for a part to be ordered and delivered. Highly recommend this company and Denys.

Within 24 hours our appliance was fixed with the proper Miele part ....before he did the repair he explained the problem and all costs to fix it...we would not hesitate to call them for any future appliance repair.

Bosch Dishwasher Repair : Error Message E15 I booked my appointment via Live Chat and the Tech came the very next day - neat and Tidy worker. Yarik explained the issue with the machine - fixed it quickly and didn't leave until he was able to ensure there would be no further leaking. Thank You Yarik!

The service provider was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated how considerate and respectful he was. (He offered to remove his shoes outside before entering.) He thoroughly explained what he would be doing for the repair and why. He was able to answer all my questions explicitly. He shared the estimate with me and ensured I understood everything before approving the work. Unfortunately, he did not offer to show me the part he was replacing nor the new replacement part he installed. When I called the following day to question this, he called my back promptly. He no longer had the part in his possession. I would suggest that this be a routine part of the service provided: to show the customer the 'damaged/malfunctioning part' as well as the newly installed part. This is common practice when having automobile repairs done. It gives the customer peace of mind that the repair is legitimate. Despite this omission, I was very impressed with the customer service provided.

Technician (sorry forgot his name) was very efficient in diagnosing the problem, providing estimate of work, and returning soon after to install parts - I was really impressed with the fast response to my initial call (on-site within 48 hours) and when repair was made... it would have been earlier, but I was not available for the earlier date. Gave window of time he would return to make repairs and was exactly on time at the front end of the window of time. Would recommend without hesitation and will continue to call Spark Service PRO as my first option for appliance repairs... the service and response times and quality of work is excellent. I always worry about the fly by night repair services as you never know what you're going to get, but I think my worries are now over! Thank you Spark Service PRO... please don't change.

Have an old dishwasher in my rental unit that needed new springs. Shani was very helpful in arranging the service call and answering all my questions. Alex was the technician sent to do the work. Found replacement parts the following week and fixed the dishwasher; my tenants were satisfied. He arranged both appts with my tenants, to accommodate their schedule. Very professional.
