When I called about our machine leaking they were able to send a service repair man within hours of the same day. He determined the problem, called in for the part and within the week ( a couple of days) the machine was fixed. This company was very accommodating in getting the repair done as soon as possible and their service person was efficient and professional. I would use them again if the need arises.

I called to have my Samsung Washer repaired. The appointment availability was next day which was great. Oleg the repair technician was very nice and explained clearly what the problem was and what need to be fixed. Oleg said that there is a part that there is a needed to be ordered and will contact me again to schedule an appointment to have part installed. I was very surprised that he called me back the same day telling me he has the part and if I was available for him to replace the part and complete the job that needed to be done. A couple hours later it was all done and my washer works perfectly! I would definitely use the company again

We recently moved into a new home and the washer was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. I called Spark Service PRO on Friday night and someone was able to come the next day. The technician, Dima, was great he came prepared with the parts for our washer. We needed to replace the drain pump motor in the washer and after explaining to us what work was needed, Dima worked quickly, was tidy and very friendly. All in all we got our washer fixed less than 24 hours after we called, I was very impressed with the company and with Dima. I will definitely be going to them if I have any other appliance issues in the future.

Our front loading washing machine was not draining water properly and took extra spin cycles to clear it out. We called Spark Service PRO and they were excellent to deal with. We got a call back over the weekend to book the appointment and they followed up just before to confirm. Dima was the technician and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through his analysis and what he found and outlined options for the repair. We ended up replacing the pump since we had everything open and we really don't want to have the machine dumped in a landfill needlessly. Dima was great to deal with-tidy, explained all the options. Would certainly recommend and call back for other appliance needs.

My washing machine broke on the long weekend and someone came on the holiday Monday. There was no extra charge with it being a holiday. The part was ordered and fixed by Thursday of that week. The problem was explained throughly to me. This company is very helpful and customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend!

LG Washing Machine Parts Replacement. Needed a tub cover replaced and LG requires technicians for special order so I was happy to find an authorized repair shop with good reviews on here. Happy to have the first one of a kind damage that my technician has seen in a decade (apparently! Haha). Technician was very professional and even provided me with some tips about which detergent is better for my washing machine. They came earlier and even stayed for a whole cycle to confirm if there was any further damage! Expensive but skillful and at least were washing our clothes again. Thanks!

I have a washer that is less than three years old purchased from Sears which subsequently went out of business. This ended my warranty. It was great relief to be able to get online and find sparkservice as an alternative. Dima was my repair man and quickly found the cause of my washer leak. We called Spark Service PRO as our Blomberg washing machine wasn't working at all. When I called, we were able to schedule a service call the next day. Roman was able to immediately diagnose the issue and mentioned that he would deal with ordering the parts and be in touch with next steps. He communicated with us via calls/texts throughout the week providing updates and answering any questions we had. Within a week, he received the parts and called me same day to schedule the repair. The technician repaired our 8 year old Kenmore washing machine-- it was not draining water.. He made recommendations, and explained on the repair. He suggested and moved the machine a little closer to drainage attached to the utility sink and told us to only use the manufacture hose and remove the extension that caused the issue. And he explained that the machine will be much more healthier. He also adjusted the feet so that the machine remains stable during the spinning.

This was my second time using Spark Service PRO, and I would definitely recommend them. Our washer and dryer had both been giving us problems; the washer wasn't draining properly, and the dryer was getting very noisy. Communication to set up a time for the technician to visit was excellent and professional. The technician, Ilya, was very polite, professional, and on-time. He took the time to explain the issues with the washer and dryer, and why they likely happened. He even took a look at my built-in microwave that was not operating well and gave me an opinion on what could be done. I would recommend Spark Service PRO, and I will definitely continue to use them again when needed.
